PriceUp is a voice-first quoting application built for UK tradespeople. A plumber, electrician, or carpenter speaks their quote into the app — materials, labour, timeframes — and PriceUp extracts structured line items, calculates totals, and generates a professional PDF quote the customer can approve on the spot.
Beyond quoting, the platform handles receipt scanning via computer vision, automated invoicing, revenue forecasting, and churn analytics. Every feature is designed for field use — one-handed, mobile-first, designed to work in a van or on a ladder.
Built on Next.js with Supabase for the backend, authentication, and real-time data. Voice processing runs through OpenAI Whisper for transcription and GPT-4o for intelligent line-item extraction. Receipt scanning uses computer vision to parse supplier receipts and match them to existing jobs. The invoicing engine generates branded PDFs and tracks payment status.
